Caution – Inventory changes constantly!

We try to keep the lists current, but they’ll be out of date as soon as they are posted. Consider them as representing a mix of what you’ll find at the nursery.  Plants grow and are repotted and prices change when that happens.  Some plants are very popular and sell out quickly.  If you’re looking for a specific plant or group of plants, its best to contact us to verify that what you want is still here.

Dogwoods (Cornus alba, alternifolia, controversa, kousa, mas, nuttallii, rutgers, sericea/stolonifera, sanguinea and various crosses) – trees, shrubs and even a groundcover.  One of our favorite genuses.
For more about dogwoods, see our garden tips on Dogwoods at this link:
Growing dogwoods

Ferns – Another groups with very confusing botanical names. Thy are on the list under ‘F’ for fern followed by the botanical name. (Adiantum, Asplenium, Athyrium, Blechnum, Drypoteris, Gymnocarpium, Osmunda, polypodium, polystichum, thelypteris, woodwardia and more.)

Hostas – Beautiful leaves, some for shade, some for sun. Great for planting around trees and shrubs.

Hydrangeas – Such luscious soft blooms in a variety of colors and sizes.
(Hydrangea anomola, arborescens, aspera, macrophylla, paniculata, quercifolia, serrata)
For descriptions and pictures of some of our favorites see this page:
Growing Hydrangeas

Magnolias – Evergreen and deciduous – so many colors and shapes to choose from.
(Magnolia acuminata, grandiflora, liliiflora, sieboldii, soulangiana, stellata, virginiana and various crosses)
