Looking for Something Special?

A Word of Caution!
Our inventory is a moving target. It is large and it changes daily, even hourly.   We’ve listed by botanical name, the varieties of plants that we usually stock. Please contact us to find out if we have or can get the specific plant you desire.

We Locate Hard to Find Plants
We love plants and are always looking for new, unusual, rare and cool plants that do well in our climate. USDA zone 7 with an occasional drop to zone 6, often windy, wetter and 5-10 degrees colder in the winter and warmer in the summer than Seattle.  Our native soil is river bottom clay and we are prone to high ground water in the winter, some years it even floods!  We don’t have a “sissy greenhouse” we only raise “John Wayne plants” that can winter outdoors in pots.
If you don’t see your plant in our lists, but you think it meets the above criteria, use the email form at the right or call us to see if we can locate the plant or refer you to another nursery that may have the plant.

Plants are Only Available at the Nursery or Garden Shows
We are not in the mail order business. Most of our plants are too large for mail order and your cost of mail order plants is greatly increased by shipping charges.  If you are not lucky enough to visit us and choose your plant, see the Links and Resources page for directories of other nurseries.
